My research focuses on the interactions between plants, soil microbes, and their environment. My current projects centers Castilleja (Paintbrush Flower) and how its parasitic habit affects aboveground plant interactions and belowground nutrient cycling.
Ceramics
My love of pottery has developed into an obsession over the past year. After taking my first Class at Good Dirt Clay Studio in Athens, GA, I quickly found a calling to express my creativity through the organic medium of clay. Here you can find links to my social media, updates about upcoming sales, and the occasional overshare about my creative process.
